I have a 2018 c class and I am also trying to get the maps and navigation working proport but nothing on the Mercedes Me portal even though the dealer says there should be, any advice please as its all new to me. Thanks

Is your W205 car a pre-facelift or post post-facelift?

Is your infotainment system Audio20 or COMAND?
