The missus is complaining about the sat nav a lot, saying that it is useless regarding inputting postcodes, my bugbear is with roundabouts- it doesn't follow you around a roundabout, therefore, if you didn't happen to look at the nav before entering the roundabout you will not know which exit to exit!
I have version 6.1
Considering buying version 12 but it's £250. Are these issues fixed? Is it worth my money?
Also, I have Bluetooth for Sony Ericsson phones, which we used for about a year, but it was a bit too quiet and echoed.
We now all have apple phones and I'm thinking...I don't really want to spend hundreds on another module if it's going to have the same issues, but also I hardly used it anyway.
At the moment, I'm plugging my iphone in, in the glovebox to play tunes through the iPod thingy.
I would really like to add an aux input to the centre console armrest where the Bluetooth thingy is and lay the phone there for easy access...and bin the Bluetooth thingy.
Is it possible to keep the iPod thingy and have an aux input?
Is it possible to splice wires and have the iPod thingy charge aswell?
