Comand W204, C class NTG 4 Crashing.

[C220 CDI Sport]

My CD & DVD is not reading, the system crashes when you open any 2 front doors and the Sat Nav position is about 2 mile away until 10 min driving when it gets back to normal in my 2009 C220, can any one advise. Thanks George.
