Covert operations spinning a yarn?

This is obviously a USA homeland security covert operation. They have spent several billion dollars training a crack team of radio controlled spiders to spin a very large web to trap Osama Bin Laden. Unfortunately the agent keying vital global positioning co-ordinates into their control program couldn't spell Waziristan so settled for Texas instead. Their spokesperson who cant be identified for security purposes said " these teething problems are bound to happen all we need is another senate appropriation of 10 billion dollars and we'll really kick ass"
