Comfort Ventilated Seats

I've not really had the need to use the cooling feature on my comfort ventilated seats until this last week whilst driving in Italy and South France. I must confess that I'm not all that impressed, so I'm wondering whether they're working properly. When stationary in a quiet environment I can hear the fan(s?) running at three different speeds dependent on the setting, but I can barely feel any air movement.

Is this something I have to expect from the seats, or should I be going back to the dealer to get them looked at?

Don't expect you would feel much movement, they're just meant to pull the hot air away from your back not suck you onto it

My seats have perforated leather and really cool when its very warm. She is 16 years old too!
