Command and stuff - confused

I am new(ish) to MB and was wondering what command is? I am gtting a new Merc and it has the Audio 20 radio installed, i this Command?

Can someone please explain?

No, Audio 20 is not COMAND (one 'M'). In short, COMAND is a full-screen SatNav and Audio/Video/Telephone control system. You might try having a look at the MB website, where it's explained in full.
