Command display issue, 2016 w204 c class 220d

Hi all, has anyone had a problem with the Comand screen? Mine is gradually fading from the “Warning - Do not let the system distract you…” start up message then showing a vertical white ‘interference’ style white line from top to bottom of screen, whole screen continues to fade away to nothing. Left for a few seconds more it reboots back to the Mercedes logo and starts the whole process over again. Have tried turning everything off, even re-locking car and re-starting again after a few minutes but still no change. Any ideas please?
