Command head unit and screen inoperative

Hi,

I have a 2010 e class convertible. Battery died, jumpstarted, car threw up multiple low voltage faults. All faults codes were low voltage issues. Battery charged and codes reset. BUT since the jump start the command unit and screen are completely blank. Fuses 11 and 26 have been replaces and battery removed, left and then reconnected. Still nothing. Any ideas guys?

It may sound daft, but try pressing the volume knob... it also serves as an off/on button when pressed.

Otherwise, you may be looking at a replacement COMAND NTG4 for your W207.
