command not working

hi. i had a new rear light cluster fitted on my e250 cdt. avangarde estate 2011 model. and since then i cant get radio or sat nav to switch on. i have checked all fuses and fuse in unit itself and they were ok.

Does it not power-up at all? Or does is it 'stuck' on the initial message "Don't let COMANd distract you..."?

Who fitted the rear light cluster - a garage? If so, did you raise this with them?
