Command Problem - Friendly Garage in NW?

My cd reader looks to be on the way out. Its on a clk (208)55amg. The sat nav usually reads the disc but can take more than 30 mins, and getting worse! Comes up with "cd error" and such like. Does anyone know someone who can fix this in NW. I dont want to go to and MB dealer and have to start nominating arms and legs.

sorry if i am being a bit obvious etc but just in case, have you used a cd cleaner yet?
(got to be worth a go?)
