Can anyone tell me why the date on my command radio in my 2003 coupe keeps going back to 22/08/2000

I think this was a common issue, try doing a search on the forums, the people that really know their stuff are "Comand" in lightwater , maybe drop them an email or call them, they knew all about it when I was there 18 months ago when the did a reverse camera for me on my GL
