ive got a 2002 c270 cdi with command the fm radio is perfect but the am is awful ive checked the aerial plug at the rear of the unit as i know it can be a problem but it seems fine.any help will be most appreciated

The FM and AM share the same aerial components so any fault will be in the front end of the Tuner, if there is a fault
