"Commercial Vehicles Direct" Insurance

Avoid "CVD" (Comercial Vehicles Direct Insurance) if insuring vans/commercial vehicles.

I have been with them for the past 3 years but they tried to rip me off for my renewal this morning and the so called Customer Service employee from Renewals Dept called Kelly was soo rude and did not have a clue what she was talking about - therefore I have instead taken my policy/business else where and got the lower standard excess of £100 (which I have always had for the Sprinter) at a reasonable price.

I wont go into details of what actually happend and was said...

I have also been with them for a couple of years, insuring my Sprinter with them, I will bear your thoughts in mind when renewal comes up --- they do seem a trifle expensive albeit the insurance is with Norwich Union. Confused.com doesnt help much with commercial insurance for renewal quotes.
