Common rain sensor problem

Hi all

Apparently my clk 320 w290 2002 has thrown up a common problem where the light/rain sensor doesnt work...
Ive chaged the sensor ... Ive also tried to find the answer to the theads but nothing ...
Someone intermated this is a cable problem but where?
Any help would be apreciated
