Trust Branson to know how to turn the PR around and end up smelling of roses.....

Personally I think that Branson's reply was trite and pathetic....the guy needed an apology and compensation - not the offer of an unpaid job ...

Every flight out of India I've been on has been similar to that.... Biz Class not quite as bad but still iffy.

I have "fond" memories of a chilli omlette on a flight out of Delhi - was supposed to have been cheese but had obviously been steeped in something a bit tangier than mature cheddar. Should have asked for a refund as I spent more time on the lav than in my seat on that flight!!
