Complaint to Mercedes (UK)

I don't want to rant on here, but I believe my complaint has not been addressed either by the dealer or phoning Mercedes UK customer support.

Anyone know how can I take this futher up the Mercedes hierarchy?

ie how do I write to the CEO for example

Either post a message of their facebook or their twitter page, constructively and eloquently explaining your dissatisfaction and I guarantee you will get a response pretty quickly to enable you to escalate your issue.
 
When i had issues i wrote a letter to merc uk. Very polite and explained my grievance with the dealer in question. It was sorted within 5 days. Just addressed the leteter to the head office.
