Confused with services (again!)

Hi all,

I had a 'Service A due in x miles' for a while, so in between saving up and finding time to take it in, it exceeded the 'due in' amount of miles. So I finally got it quoted and booked in (exceeded by 200 miles) and had to make a long trip, and now it says 'Service B exceeded by 800 miles'!!

What happened?? If got it quoted and booked for a serivce A, but now it says it wants a service B!

Any info?

It probably needs reseting at the shop, maybe a ploy to get you in quicker?

Explain when you book it in, im sure they will have the answers.
