connecting parking sensors

Hi, I have just fitted a full original AMG kit to my CLk W209. Both bumpers have the parking sensors in them but my bumpers didn't. Does anyone know if it is just a case of fitting a loom to get them to work or could I connect them to an aftermarket buzzer of some sort?

Too get the oc censors working , you will need to fit the wiring loom , control unit and front , rear screens and on/off switch
