Sorry if it looks like I've been ignoring people but as of sometime on Wednesday my DSL connection vanished and it's not come back yet. After some messing around we discovered that some computer at the ISP had decided that I was a dialup user again. I could almost have coped with that because I still have the old modem in a drawer somewhere and I just wanted to check my mail and the forums etc, but because I have a static IP on the ADSL side the router would never let me through.
The ISP helldesk tell me it should be back today sometime... *sigh*
