Console switches

At the moment I have the single touch swicthes (down only) for the front windows,but on the rear you have to hold them down for as long as it takes to lower or raise the window.Does anyone know if it's possible to change these to sinlge action up and down for front and rear windows?

Heard that it is difficult. Seem to remember Steve aka MBenzNL saying this, so when he says so it's not a mod worth attempting, don't!
