Folks,

I know someone has the details on who and how to complain to the highest levels in MB UK. There has been a post before with the UK MD details, but I can't find the post.

I have no problems with my dealer, actually the problem is MB themselves and supply chain on parts. Once I get through my complaint I shall reveal more and update everyone.

They will blame a global problem due to the Japanese disaster.

Production for many cars has been badly affected worldwide.

Does anyone have the email address for tthis Gary Savage guy so I can make a complaint please?
 
I would have thought [email protected] assuming it follows the same internal mail as the rest... but the chances of that being anything more than a PA is slim.

For reference the way to escalate a complaint about a car would be as follows:-

1. Salesman

2. Sales Manager

3. Dealership Principle

4. MB Customer Service

Then and only then the big cheese. If you skip steps you will generally get bounced. pretty quickly. Make all communications above sales manager in writing, recorded delivery, if you wish to be taken seriously.

Don't tell me you are complaining that the 63 lump is not high performance because dieselman says so?
