Contact the service without changing gear

MY CAR; W212 E250. 2014 YEARS

Hı guys,

I have very little English. I'm sorry for that. I have a problem and nobody can find it. 1 man told me it was ISM problem. But I think the room is not sure. When I start the car, the speedometer says "Contact the service without changing gear" What can we do for this warning? They gave me information about the part that was said to be defective. I'll write the track number below. I was told that I need to get the original of this piece. Because they say this part is special for every car. Original part is too expensive. Can't I buy a second hand and code it for my own car? The repairman here know nothing.
