Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place but my mates 2010 E350(?) won’t drop its top. Completely dead, no clicking, no buzzing, nothing. Could it be something as simple as a fuse? Where do I look to check and which fuse would it be? Tia

If , as I know the roof mech on my pal's CLK cabrio is , your roof is similar to that on my R129 SL was , there is also a relay mounted next to the pump in the boot , which can be a known culprit .
