Those of a nervous disposition should be seated.

Does anyone have any recommendations for killing / dispersing diesel bug?

I’ve heard Wasp Biokem SP15 will kill a great deal of the bug but does anyone know if it can break up the biomass enough to pull it through to the filter or be burned up?

Don't know. Diesel bug is pretty rare in such engines. Never experienced it in 10 years of running OM606 / 605 / 613 / 616 etc.

I'd rather pressure wash the tank out. That crap on the mesh strainer is best kept away from the injectors. I can't see it passing through a fuel filter.
