It has raised lettering and (presumably) a car-like glossy finish. I guess you could get a thick sheet of MDF, add hanging chains and then have it painted but, for less than £100, I'd expect the result to be a bit naff.

yes... about a year ago there was a huge showroom illuminated sign on ebay... it was from a closed down dealers... it went for £400!
