Coolant Leak

I have a nasty coolant leak, it seems to be coming from somewhere under the fuel filter and vacuum reservoir. I can see some small hoses but cant find a leak. doe's any one know a possible cause ? Thank you.

OM651 common place for coolant leak is fuel filter 'foot' crack.

Got this sorted now, a few fiddly bits and it took me a couple of hours. Could have done with draining the cooling system to save guessing the amount of antifreeze but could not find a drain tap. Many thanks for all replies.

Mercs usually have a drain tap on the LHS (passenger) of the rad itself. A quarter turn I think is all that's needed once expansion bottle cap is removed.
Often, front under tray removal is all that is needed.
