Corporate grred is partly to blame for this. when in quest for maximum profits, all western technology is shipped to china so that we can get them to make cheap CD's and clothes.
Intially the record companies started telling them to make X million copies but the chinese made x million twice and sold the rest on the black market. Then it went to the medicine and prescription drugs. millions flooding the market are fake. Now it is cars. Soon it will be aircraft.
