My c220 cdi (99 model) has rust in the tailgate, and top of both wings.
MBUK have agreed to repair, but want 35% of the cost, £356 because the last 2 services were not MB. (they were done by a vauxhall main dealership in the north west.)
I'm pleased that they've agreed to do the work, but a little surprised at the cost to me. Has anyone else experience of this? ie should i be arguing for MB to cover more of the cost up front?
