Corrupt Becker Map Pilot

Hi, looking for some advice.

I purchased a new Mac and wanted to back up my Map Pilot. I downloaded content manager, plugged the unit in and it's now corrupt...

Can anyone help as it's now not working in the car

Others here have mentioned that the Becker is not that compatible with the Mac computers

Have you tried to contact Becker to see what they suggest?

Turns out it's the new os El Capitan. I've downgraded back to Yosemite and all is good!

That's interesting and helpful, thanks. I was given to understand that the compatibility problem related to all Mac iOS versions. I have resisted the latest El Capitan upgrade because of other reported problems, so I perhaps will give it a try on Yosemite.
