Not sure, but I got a full set of Michelin Sports for my CLK500 cheaper than anywhere else, even without the discount running at costco!

Apparantly it was from a coupon. You can purchase up to 8 tyres per coupon.

Only one snag, you need to be a VIP customer in order to get the coupon in the first place..how many hot dogs have you purchased recently ?

When they run this offer you don't have to have all 4 fitted at the same time. You can take the rest away with you and take them back at any time in the future to be fitted without charge. Handy if you only need 2 right now.

I do that - had 2 tyres in my garage for ages for the MB, and now have 2 for daughter's Colt.

Another point worth bearing in mind is that you can buy *any* 4 tyres, so you could buy 2 for one car and 2 for another. On some really expensive tyres it would be well worth buying 2 of the cheapest possible too even if you threw them away!
