Cradle for Nokia 6230i

Please help as I have purchased part number b6 787 5842 for my Nokia 6230i

First question is when i have installed this in the car the cradle will charge the phone but Command system does not recognise nor register phone is there......why???

Also how do I remove the cradle?????

Check the software version of the phone by pressing *#0000# it should be 4.28 or above. Secondly check that the phone is plugged into the cradle properly as that cradle is not the easiest to put the phone in.

Well spotted Wanda I did not really look at the part number.

Oh and while on the subject of Cradles the list that Miro has posted includes one for the Nokia 9300. This has been cancelled due to techincal issues that are out of MB's control.
