crank case ventilation cleaning? Turbo need attention?

Hello,
How can I make sure the crankcase ventilation is free?
There was some oil in the elbow near the turco( intercooler), will this mean the turbo is leaking or the crancase ventilation is blocked?
The EGR valve is shut.

Thats normal only way to stop the oil is either vent the breather pipe to atmosphere or run it through an oil catch tank look on e bay.

All small turbo diesels do that and its oil mist from the engine breather.
