Hi all, I am hoping someone can help me. Recently purchased a 68 plate GLA 180 Urban edition, only 6k on the clock, lovely looking car but so creaky on the inside it’s really getting. Me down : ( I have pin pointed one of the noises from the sat nav, when doing any speed above 50 it vibrates and only needs the slightest touch from my hand for it to stop. The other is not so easy to pin point however seems to be coming from the driver side knee area? It’s like a creaky/click noise when going over rougher ground or speed bumps and seems to be coming from the area in the pic, I was also hoping someone could tell me what that black circular thing is and is it easy to remove? Thanks in advance. It’s such an annoying noise : (
