Creaking when Steering Wheel turns to Left

Hi Guys,

A couple weeks ago i heard a slight creaking when turning my steering wheel to the left, especially when parking and locking the wheel.

The creak is recurring more and more, does anyone have any idea as to what it could be?

Car is a W208 CLK.

Have you checked the PAS fluid level?
