creaky noise front left slow driving w203

Sometimes when I'm driving slow I can hear some creaky noise front left side of my car.
Any ideas what it can be?

I have had a few roll bar link ball joints creaking. If you turn the sterring whilst stationary can you hear it?

Only when I'm driving i can hear sometimes creaky noise when im turning left

Probably dry bottom ball joints, they don't show any wear but creak like mad at slow speed, probably the same at high speed but you just don't hear it.
