Usualy I pop on down the the Eastern European car wash and have the cars cleaned inside and out the range rover costs £15 and the A class £10. Today i decided to wash them myself somthing i have not done for 2 years!

So after £50 spent on cleaning products and 2 hours later this is the results.

The A class was not a problem but the range rover took ages!

Can anyone reccomend a decent polish for the cars that is not too much hard work?

A decent Polish that doesn't require much effort?

Most of the guys at my local place are Polish....

'eh, I'll get my coat.

I tried Polish but found the Czech's did a more thorough job.....also it appears someone has defaced the interior of the A class....I had to check my monitor colour settings when that photograph scrolled up....

What do you mean thats a lovely colour!! I will admit it alwas looks awful in photos, i refused to look at the car when i saw the photos on autotrader, but it looks quite nice in the flesh...........honest!

I call ours the Kosavan Kar wash, and i will asy they do a bloody good job

kosovo is not eastern europe mate.

You find out so much about your own car by washing it yourself:D
I would never let anyone else clean mine, or my wife's! Call me picky, but I have to re-clean the cars when the dealers have thrown a bucket of water over them after a service.:o
I can't be doing with dirty cars.;)

Autoglym is very easy to apply and more importantly very easy to polish off.
Not sure of exactly which product but is got red colour on the bottle!

Is that the one that you have to put a sealer on after??

You thinking of Paint Renovator? (by AutoGlym?) I have used today turtle wax, the ones that have a chipstick and the colour of the bottle denotes the colour of wax, think it's turtle wax, shows how much attention I pay. Have also used AutoGlym before too and that's always good.

Well you could argue about that I think. It is as far east as Warsaw and further east than Budapest.
Kosovo in Serbia is 42°36'9.49"N 20°54'10.72"E while Kosovo in Bulgaria is
41°50'7.69"N and 24°39'45.64"E

Is there an official definition of eastern europe? Wikipedia has several ways of looking at it - but I still see it as the NATO vs Warsaw Pact division. So Kosovo is Eastern by me.

Looks good.

Unless you start getting all serious about detailing 'proper', go for Autoglym and you won't go far wrong.
