Cross reference a part number?

I've been trawling the net to find out exactly what this part number is.

A. It's a steering wheel.

B. I just want to be 100% sure before committing, the seller has been very patience.

If anyone can confirm exactly it's high gloss laurel with cashmere leather it would be very much appreciated.

The 8K75 determines the spec. It looks likely it is Laurel but the description given of the leather is simply 'Brown'. Up till Aug 2002 this was described as 'Saffron'. Post that date it's 'Brown'.

I'm in the process of purchasing a wheel from a business mbclub member who lists it as high gloss laurel and cashmere ( my colour combo ) tbf the images look cashmere not brown and the wood is a match.
