Croydon dealership customer service is a disgrace !!!!!

I went into the Croydon dealership today as I have been supplied the wrong part three times and asked if one of their technicians could have a look at it.

The parts person when around the back and came out 5 minutes later and told me that they are refusing to come and look at the car.

I told him what I thought of the service that I was getting and stormed out !!!!! In hindsight, I should have demanded to see the manager but they can really work you up in there.

Some of these dealerships ( the croydon one in particular ) are a bloddy disgrace when it comes to customer service !!!!!

Write to MB Customer Service in Milton Keynes as it is a main dealer and not a franchise.
 
OK - was asked to bring the car back today, and the service manager dealt with me, put the car up on the ramps, found the correct part, fixed the problem and gave it back to me, apologising about the way that I was treated and said that there is an internal investigation into it.
