Dont click on the link what ever you do!!!!!!!!!!! It did somthing very stange and anoying to my pc!!!!!!!! It woudn't exit the linked site and after many atempts it just shut down my internet explorer

Very strange - it is a link to msnbc.msn.com (a news site). Are you sure it was that link, and not sme evil nasty spyware hiding on your PC ?

(then again, it is a MS site)

Might be worth giving it a quick once over with spysweeper (webroot) or simiar....
