Ok, fair enough its a pre-facelift image but look how cheap and nasty it is:

Agree, they pre-facelift speed's do look weird and cheap.

I'm not saying the 203's are perfect.

I'm just saying why would anybody want to pay 18K for a 98 202 C55 where you could have a nice modern 203 C55 for more or less the same money. :confused:

I guess what people are getting at is the rarety & excusitivy that the W202 one would bring. it will keep its value better than the W203 version.
 
For me I like the W202's unique box shape, the V8 grumble and the "you don't see many of them anymore" feeling. The 203's 211's seem to get lost in the crowd of other makes and models. ... but hey, horses for courses and all that. :)
 
Don't see why the fuss about 202's imo i'd much rather have a facelift 210 E55 AMG, much nicer and not to mention safer.

202 has a 2 star saftey rating.

As for C55's, only c55 that came out of the AMG factory is a 203, end of, lol. :p

My C43's heater does not click after the engine is started for 30 seconds. Also the anti-roll bar links don't knock and the thrust arms bushes are not split.
Also the W202 does not have a Rear Sam to turn the rear lights into a christmas tree display :rolleyes:
