The wife was on the look out for a 8 Seater Vito/Viano, Nothing came along at a sensible price they just do mega miles, I know they can handle it but the closest we came was a 2011 7 Seat Viano for £14,200.

We nearly bought it, I would have done lol but the wife succumbed to this!

She still has the w168 A-class so not quite Defected lol, But the above is a 2006 Honda 8 seater Stepwagon, It's 2.4 vtec Petrol, with a 7 speed Cvt Box. It's covered 18,000 from new and as you can imagine like a brand new car. Jobs todo well there's really only one, Waxyol the underside, its completely Rust free, i couldnt believe my eyes! the underside is cleaner than our 2015 X-trail so want to keep it that way.

Seemed to return around 35mpg on the 90 mile drive back home. I'm hoping for a dry day tomorrow so i can get cracking on giving it a detail.

So does this mean you no longer need a 7 seater Gav, opening up your choices as to what you replace Brutus with??

Unfortunately not buddy, As i'm a Merc man at heart, the Honda is the School run vehicle for when the X-trail go's back, so I'm still looking for a 7 seater MB of sorts.

Oh I see, good luck with your quest mate, am sure it will be (or eventually be) another stunnner!

Arrrrrrgh! all that work again!! lol :wallbash:

Are you going to do the whole slammed with skirts all the way around?
As long as there are no speed dumps on the way to school a ground clearance of an inch shouldn't be a problem.;)

Pics arnt working Gav :)

Well it fits the bill ,8 seats and not anywhere near as expensive as a Vito, very low mileage and a great colour, well done Gav.

for vito money you could get yourself a nice imported Toyota Alphard, makes other 7-8 seaters like an poorly built Aygo :D

anyway nice car you have there

looks good gav, nice interior colour too. Can imagine you will really have a nice time cleaning those seats with the kids :D

She really likes it but doesnt like the interior colour lol, I Love it, Its smooth quiet and touch wood trouble free its completely like new!!

Feel's really well built and the kids have loads of space. Yep saw the Toyota's but the wife preferred the Honda. Makes our 2 yr old Nissan look and feel cheap!
