DAB Aerial, Internal or External?

Anybody had DAB in their motor, and if so what type of aerial did you use? Three options I'm looking at are:

Internal, Stick on the window jobbie.
External, probably glass mounted to remove the risk of any leaks.
Aerial Splitter, to use existing aerial

Would be interested on anyone's experience with any of the above.

i've seen these mounted up the A pillars in cars. I wonder if you could actually install them inside the A pillar trim to hide them from view....

I have Dab in my Focus ST (heated windscreen) the stick on one was rubbish, the splitter from autoleads works well, well most of the time anyway, the best would be a bosch roof or rear glass mounted one, but they are £100 or so for the aerial alone.

My wife had an aftermarket DAB fitted to an old Ford car. With an internal glass-mounted aerial which had to go on one of the side windows due to the heated front windscreen. The reception wasn't fantastic, as expected with DAB, decent quality sound with a reasonable signal, but nothing in marginal signal areas. As above, I'd go external.
