DAB and Navi

Hi all
This is my first post and i have had my 2012 C220 Coupe for about a month. First Marc and well impressed. Two questions my DAB keeps dropping out even when I'm stationary. Same on all channels and not consistent in certain areas.
Any thoughts?
Second, when I press the Navi button it says no module fitted, this is no surprise but id's it expensive for the module and are they easy to fit?

Talk to your dealer,there is a software update that takes 30 mins that fixes DAB for most configurations.
