DAB retrofit W221

Hi Guys,

A salvage local to me as a DAB unit for a w221, Its something Id quite like in my S Class.

Does anyone know or have experience of if this can be easily just added to the car. I assume it would just use the normal aerials in the car and show up on the interface as normal as its a merc part but just wanted to get more info before I wasted money buying it.

Its not a case of just adding it.

You will need a new antenna pack in the roof. This isnt cheap. Plus you will need looms and fibre then specialist coding to have the comand recognise the DAB tuner.

Be very careful if you buy it as the part number must be right for your year of car.
