On the sump, drivers side and is a 13mm hex head.

If you are asking this question should you really be doing the job?!?

Hi,
On a service the Merc dealers suck the oil out using the dipstick hole which saves taking off the under panels. I guess this is where you are stuck as the sump is not visible until you get them off.
