I could be wrong but I think that is a dealer visit. I believe the key is 'paired' with the vin number so they should be able to provide a replacement.

A new four bolt kit with new key can be got for about £25-35…….I got my Vito set (for alloy wheels) from S&B Commercials for £25. Good luck!
