Women have been, of course, admitted to the club for a long time. It's membership of the Gentleman's Club that they cannot yet achieve.

I had the privilege of going through the estate of her late ( uncle in law ? David , founder of the LRDG and SAS ) when Christie's were selling the place up and photographing the lots , including his Minox cameras , signed original copies of all the Bond novels by Ian Fleming . Have also trekked up through his estate in Glen Etive ....
