Dashboard Bulbs are out on my 1994 C250D

Hello, I have just bought from eBay a C250D and the speedo light is out, aswell as the back lights for the digital displays. May I ask your sage council?

Had a similar issue recently on my c280. I changed all the bulbs regardless of failure, age etc. Was able to remove the cluster without removing the wheel, however, it was a tight squeeze. The unit clips into place, I made some tools to release the clips. What ever you do don't switch on the ignition when the cluster is disconnected as it will create an open circuit fault on the SRS light and it will have to be reset.
