It's a long shot, but does anyone know of a data set online that contains the average temp for the UK on a daily basis for say the current year?

The met office have this, either search the catalogue or ask them.

Thanks, I think I'll have to ask them - all the stuff of theirs I can see online is down to monthly and not daily.
