Well On Thur`s I had my w204 c320 in for recall on airbag`s Well I read so many horror story`s of bad time , poor service , and the fault list plus rear subframe, I love my car and was dreading it but got there at Sheffield went in two nice ladies guided me to my seat got me a coffee in proper cup not cardboard cup and wonky chair in corner you get at FORD , Video came through for health check was very thorough inspection even subframe, gave me a report in writing
List was
Exhaust clamp little rust no issue will need changing
Rear disc`s and pads but allready knew about them
rear tyres one had a piece missing thanks to UK Potholes and wear on other
everything else ok
Took a couple of hours but staff where great played in cars in showroom lol
Got to admit been to
Vauxhall
Ford
Renault
But Mercedes far far better experience
so came out went to tyre place £160 two new tyres sorted
New disc`s and pads £120 son did them he owns garage so free labour
and doing clamp when it goes for service couple of weeks
All told I am very happy bunny
